Annual roof care

Know your roof.
Keep it good.

A defined maintenance visit every year, a photo-documented record, and a vetted professional focused on caring for the roof you have.

Care explained clearly Know what was found, what was handled, and what deserves attention.

Maintenance should feel routine.
Not like a sales appointment.

mygoodroof separates the annual maintenance visit from the pressure to buy a replacement. If something falls outside routine maintenance, it is documented and quoted separately. You decide what happens next.

From ridge to gutter. Every visit.

A complete, repeatable maintenance scope means you know what was checked, cleaned, sealed, and recorded.

Rely on our trusted network of service providing professionals and maintain minor depreciation that compounds into major problems over the years

mygoodroof visits are assigned through a vetted service network and performed to a defined maintenance scope. Your plan stays with mygoodroof, so your annual record can continue even if the assigned professional changes.

The mygoodroof standard

  • Vetted service professionals
  • A consistent maintenance visit
  • Photo-documented reporting
  • No unauthorized extra work
Good care. Clearly documented.

For real estate agents

Get ahead of the roof red flag.

A roof surprise during the buyer’s inspection period can renegotiate, delay, or end a sale. Knowing the roof’s condition earlier gives the seller time to plan.

The problem

Avoidance does not change the closing-table outcome.

Sellers may hesitate to spend money on a home they are leaving, but unresolved roof work can still come out of their proceeds at closing. A documented, photo-verified visit gives the agent something concrete to discuss—not just an opinion.

Who it helps

Sellers preparing to list and recent buyers.

Sellers can establish roof condition while there is still time to act. Recent buyers gain a documented baseline for ongoing planning and a future sale.
