The same defined scope each year means you know what was checked, cleaned, and recorded.
Leaves, limbs, and accumulated debris removed.
Gutters and downspouts cleared for drainage.
Vents, pipes, chimneys, and skylights reviewed.
Nail pops repaired and loose shingles secured where appropriate.
Exterior lenses cleared during the scheduled visit.
Membrane seams inspected where applicable.
Anything outside routine maintenance is flagged and quoted—never performed without authorization.

$300 per year · standard-slope roofThe standard plan includes the full seven-point maintenance scope and a photo-documented report. Steep-slope and low-slope membrane roofs require additional safety and labor and are priced separately.
Additional repairs are always quoted separately and require authorization.
